About Us
Slider 365 was born from the needs of gymnastics training and flexibility, rehabilitation and core conditioning, as well as non-ballistic training. Starting in 2012, we started creating workout programs that focused on quick, fast but effective training for athletes. Over the years, we have adapted many of the workouts to suite the beginner as well as the high level athlete. All workouts will be as hard as you make them.

Sliders move across hardwood and carpeted surfaces, allowing you to move smoothly through your exercises.

Sliding allows you to employ more stabilizing muscles along with the major muscle groups.

Sliding is non-ballistic so less impact and joint stress

The program can be utilized for explosive power, body conditioning and cardio and can be as little as a 5 min workout to a 30 minute training, so it was perfect for the competitive athlete.

My hope is that anyone who goes through this program will reap the benefits of being stronger, faster and be able to maintain and increase their cardiovasular health.
